Description
The Squier Deluxe Hot Rails Strat takes the familiar Stratocaster silhouette and wires it for higher gain. Instead of standard single-coils, this guitar packs three Duncan Designed HR-101 Hot Rails pickups — humbucker guts squeezed into single-coil-sized covers — so you get the hum-free punch and extended sustain of a humbucker without giving up that classic Strat look and switching feel.
- Basswood body in a familiar Stratocaster shape
- Maple neck with a comfortable “C” profile and laurel fingerboard
- 22 medium jumbo frets with dot inlays and a 9.5″ radius
- 25.5″ scale length, 1.650″ nut width, synthetic bone nut
All three HR-101 pickups route through a 5-position blade switch, giving you everything from bridge-only bite to full neck warmth, plus the in-between blends players expect from this layout. Master volume and two tone controls (one for the neck pickup, one for the middle) keep shaping options simple and immediate.
- 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge with standard arm
- Chrome hardware and standard die-cast tuners
- Large ’60s-style headstock with gold and black Squier logo
- Black plastic parts, black switch tip, and black plastic control knobs
- Engraved neckplate for a distinctive finishing touch
Strung from the factory with Fender USA Super 250L strings (.009-.042), this Deluxe model is built for players who want rock and metal-ready output while keeping the playability and vibe of a traditional Strat-style guitar.
