Description
Henrik Danhage has spent nearly two decades laying down the heavy, progressive riffs that define Evergrey’s sound, and Charvel brings his signature instrument back for another limited run. This Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 1 is built around Danhage’s specific playing style, blending the brand’s classic superstrat design with details chosen to match his sonic demands.
The HS pickup configuration — humbucker paired with a single-coil — gives players access to both thick, saturated tones for driving riffs and clearer, more articulate voicings when needed, all from one versatile control layout. A Floyd Rose (FR) tremolo system rounds out the performance side, offering the pitch stability and dive-bomb capability that heavy and progressive metal playing often calls for.
Finished in White Relic, this guitar carries an aged, worn-in appearance right out of the case, giving it character usually earned only after years on stage. The maple-equipped build (M) keeps the instrument feeling fast and responsive under the hands, suited to the kind of technical, riff-heavy playing Danhage is known for.
