Description
The Schecter PT Fastback takes cues from classic offset design and dresses it in Gold Top finish with ivory 1-ply binding for a look that’s equal parts vintage and stage-ready. Under the hood, a mahogany body pairs with a bolt-on maple neck for that punchy midrange and sustain mahogany is known for, while the ebony fretboard adds a smooth, tight response to every note.
The Thin ‘C’ neck profile is fast under the hand, and with 22 X-Jumbo frets across a 25.5″ scale, bends and vibrato feel effortless. A 14″ fretboard radius keeps chording comfortable without sacrificing lead playability, and block inlays add a touch of classic style down the neck.
Two Schecter Diamond UltraTron humbuckers handle the tone duties, giving you everything from warm, vocal neck tones to biting bridge output. The push-pull tone controls let you split coils for added versatility, so you’re not locked into just humbucker sounds. A Diamond Hardtail bridge keeps tuning rock-solid, and Grover tuners up top hold pitch reliably through aggressive playing.
