Description
Built around Nick Johnston’s own playing feel, this Traditional H/S/S model gives you a versatile pickup lineup and a neck that’s fast without feeling flimsy. An alder body wears a flat-top profile and comes finished in Atomic Green with chrome hardware, while an ebony fretboard with brass circle inlays sits atop a roasted maple neck carved into a thin ‘C’ shape – slim at the nut, filling out just enough by the 12th fret for chords to feel solid.
- 25.5″ scale, 22 X-Jumbo frets, 14″ fretboard radius for comfortable bends
- Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut (1.653″ wide) paired with Schecter locking tuners for tuning stability
- 2-way adjustable truss rod with heel-access spoke wheel
Tone-wise, the bridge-mounted Schecter Diamond ’78 humbucker delivers the grit and sustain for lead work, while the two Schecter Diamond Nick Johnston single coils in the middle and neck positions bring clarity and shimmer for cleaner passages. A five-way switch and push-pull tone control open up coil-splitting options, so you’re not locked into just one flavor per pickup. The Diamond Vintage tremolo bridge adds classic pitch-bend expression, and vintage-style knobs keep the control layout simple and familiar.
Strung from the factory with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010-.046 strings, this guitar is ready to plug in and play – a gig bag or case can be added separately since one isn’t included.
