Description
The Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 takes Schecter’s two most respected metal platforms and merges them into one left-handed weapon. It pairs the Hellraiser’s signature figured quilted maple top — now carved with a more sculpted arch — with the SLS series’ thin, fast neck profile, giving southpaw players a guitar that looks aggressive but feels effortless under the fingers.
The maple top sits atop a mahogany body with an enlarged upper cutaway for easier access to the highest frets, all wrapped in a High Gloss Transparent Black Burst finish. Power comes from EMG 57/66 active humbuckers fitted with Brushed Black metal covers, delivering the tight, high-output tone metal players expect, with output that stays clear and articulate even through heavy gain.
Up top, the maple neck carries a compound radius ebony fingerboard finished in satin, so chords and legato runs both feel natural. The inlay work switches things up too: dots run along the bass side before flipping to the treble side at the 15th fret, while the classic Hellraiser Metal Cross marks the 12th fret. Carbon fiber binding and glow-in-the-dark side dots round out the aesthetic and add practical visibility for dim stages.
