Built for players who need serious low-end punch and tuning stability night after night, the Schecter C-1 Hellraiser FR pairs a mahogany body and 3-piece mahogany set neck with a striking quilted maple top finished in gloss Black Cherry. The 25.5″ scale rosewood fretboard hosts 24 jumbo frets and Gothic Cross inlays with abalone binding, while Schecter’s Ultra Access neck joint clears the way for effortless upper-fret soloing.
Tone comes from an EMG 81TW/89 active pickup set, wired through a Vol(tap)/Vol(tap)/Tone/3-way switch layout. Both pickups can be coil-split via the push/pull knobs, so you’re not locked into humbucker output alone — pull up for thinner, single-coil-flavored textures alongside the usual high-gain crunch and sustain EMGs are known for.
An Original Floyd Rose Tremolo handles pitch dives and returns to pitch reliably, backed by Grover tuners for extra stability at the headstock. All hardware is finished in black chrome to match the guitar’s dark, aggressive look.
