The C-1 FR S SLS Evil Twin is built for players who want modern shred performance without giving up tonal nuance. Schecter starts with a resonant swamp ash body, arched on top and bound in ivory, then runs a multi-ply maple/walnut/padauk neck straight through the body for maximum sustain and unrestricted upper-fret access. Carbon fiber reinforcement rods keep that thin, fast Ultra Thin ‘C’ profile stable under string tension and Floyd Rose dive-bombs alike.

Electronics are where this guitar earns its “Evil Twin” name. A Fishman Fluence Modern humbucker with a ceramic magnet handles bridge-position duties with articulate, high-output clarity, while the neck position houses a Sustainiac driver instead of a traditional pickup. Flip the 2-way on-off switch and dial through Fundamental, Mix, or Harmonic modes to summon sustained notes and swelling feedback effects that would normally require a separate sustainer pedal or e-bow. A push-pull tone control and 3-way pickup switch round out the control layout, powered by a double 9-volt clip-in battery compartment.
Finished in Satin Black with black hardware and metal knurled knobs, this Korean-built C-1 ships strung with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010-.046 strings, ready to be tuned up and pushed hard.
