Description
The Jackson Warrior WRXMG takes the brand’s angular Warrior silhouette and backs it up with genuine neck-through-body construction, giving the guitar excellent sustain and a seamless feel between neck and body. A basswood body pairs with a maple neck that runs straight through to the tail, finished off with a tilt-back scarf joint headstock for stable tuning.
Active EMG 85 and EMG 81 humbuckers handle the electronics duty, delivering that familiar high-output combo: punchy low end, glassy mids, and searing highs that cut through a mix without turning muddy. A three-way blade switch lets you jump between bridge, both, or neck pickup depending on how much bite you want.
Up top, the bound rosewood fingerboard uses a compound radius — tighter near the nut for comfortable chording, flatter toward the neck joint so bends and fast leads don’t fret out. Pearloid sharkfin inlays mark the 24 jumbo frets, and a Floyd Rose Special double-locking two-point tremolo keeps dive bombs and pitch tricks in tune.
Finished in a stealthy Matte Army Drab, this is a purpose-built instrument for players chasing metal and hard rock tones with modern playability.
