Description
The JS32T Kelly delivers Jackson’s signature sharp-edged aggression in a guitar built for players who want speed, sustain, and looks that mean business. Its basswood body wears the unmistakable Kelly silhouette, finished in gloss black and paired with black hardware and “zebra” style pickup covers for a menacing, road-ready appearance.
Under your hand, the bolt-on maple speed neck is reinforced with graphite for extra stability and features a compound-radius rosewood fingerboard (12″ to 16″), so chords feel comfortable near the nut while bends and solos up high stay slick and effortless. Twenty-four jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays give you full range and easy visual reference, while white binding on both the neck and headstock adds a sharp contrast to the black finish.
Tone comes from a pair of Jackson high-output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets, voiced to push into rich overdrive and long sustain whether you’re on the bridge pickup for cutting leads or the neck pickup for thicker rhythm tones. A three-way toggle lets you blend both pickups for added versatility, and simple master volume and tone controls keep things easy to dial in on the fly.
Stability comes courtesy of Jackson’s compensated, adjustable string-through-body bridge, anchored by sealed die-cast tuners that hold tuning through aggressive playing. Key features include:
- Basswood body in gloss black finish, Kelly shape
- Bolt-on maple speed neck with graphite reinforcement
- Compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets
