Description
The JS22 SC Monarkh takes Jackson’s classic single-cutaway silhouette and loads it with the tone and playability today’s players demand. This is a guitar equally at home laying down crushing rhythm work or tearing through lead lines, thanks to two Jackson High Output humbuckers positioned in the neck and bridge. They deliver thick, articulate output with enough bite to punch through a dense mix, and the 3-way toggle plus master volume and tone controls keep things simple so you can focus on playing rather than fiddling with dials.
Under your hand sits a 1-piece bolt-on Maple Speed Neck, reinforced with graphite and finished with a scarf joint for long-term stability. The rosewood fingerboard uses a 12″-16″ compound radius, meaning it’s comfortably curved for chord work down near the nut and flattens out as you move up, so string bends and fast leads never fret out. Jackson’s compound radius compensated bridge is matched precisely to that curve, keeping string spacing and action consistent across the entire 24.75″ scale length.
The body is poplar, finished in satin polyester for a smooth, road-ready feel, with black hardware and dome-style knobs rounding out the aesthetic. Loaded with NPS strings (.009-.042) and 22 jumbo frets, this JS22 SC is ready to go from the moment you plug in.
