Description
The Squier Mini Stratocaster shrinks the Bullet Strat down to a ¾-size body without shrinking the fun. It’s the guitar shop’s go-to recommendation for kids, first-timers, or seasoned players who just want something easy to grab and travel with. Fender slimmed the body and thinned the neck profile here, so smaller hands can wrap around the fretboard comfortably while still getting a real playing experience rather than a toy-like one.
Under the hood, it’s all Strat: three single-coil pickups wired to a 5-way blade switch, giving you the full spectrum from snappy bridge quack to warm neck tones. A vintage-style hardtail bridge anchors the strings directly to the body, which helps keep tuning stable and adds a touch of extra sustain — a nod to the hardtail Strats of the early-to-mid ’70s.
Key specs:
- ¾-size laminated hardwood body, 22.75″ scale length
- Maple neck with comfortable “C” profile and 20-fret laminated hardwood fingerboard, 9.5″ radius
- Three Standard Single-Coil Strat pickups (SSS) with master volume/tone and 5-way switching
- 6-saddle vintage-style hardtail bridge with chrome hardware
- Standard die-cast tuners, synthetic bone nut, pearloid dot inlays
- Strung with Fender USA 250L NPS strings (.009-.042)
This is a guitar-only listing — no case or gig bag included — so budget for one separately if you’ll be transporting it. Finished in Torino Red with a 1-ply white pickguard and white plastic hardware for that unmistakable Strat look, just in a smaller footprint.
