The Road Worn ’50s Telecaster is Fender’s answer to players who want vintage mojo without waiting fifty years for it. This is the guitar that started it all reimagined with genuine 1950s-era specs and finished off with the dings, wear, and character of a well-loved workhorse right out of the case.
An ash body wears a satin nitrocellulose-lacquer Blonde finish that’s been distressed for an authentically aged look, paired with a 1-piece maple neck in a comfortable C shape. The maple fingerboard carries a vintage-correct 7.25″ radius and 21 narrow jumbo 6105 frets, giving you that old-school feel under your fingers with modern playability.
Under the hood, two Tex-Mex Tele single-coil pickups with Alnico magnet pole pieces deliver classic twang with a bit more punch, routed through master volume and tone controls and a 3-position blade switch for bridge, combined, or neck tones. A vintage-style 3-saddle strings-through-body bridge and Fender/Ping vintage tuning machines keep things period-correct, all finished in chrome hardware with a 1-ply white 5-hole pickguard.
