Modeled after his favorite ’70s-era instrument, it pairs an alder body finished in Olympic White with a maple U-shape neck and a graduated scalloped rosewood fingerboard, letting you dig into bends with the kind of leverage that defined his sound.
Tone comes from a set of Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound Flat SSL-4 pickups in the neck and bridge positions, with a non-active dummy coil in the middle to preserve that classic Strat hum-cancelling look without adding an extra live pickup. The bridge unit is reverse wound/reverse polarity, giving you noise cancellation in the middle switch positions along with the growl this pickup is known for. A 3-position blade switch keeps control simple: bridge, bridge-and-neck combined, or neck alone, wired to a master volume and dual tone controls.
Vintage-style touches run throughout, from the 70s-style F tuners and large headstock to the bullet truss rod nut and 3-bolt neck plate with micro-tilt adjustment. Flush-mounted Dunlop straplocks and Blackmore’s signature on the headstock mark this as a genuine artist model, not just a spec sheet exercise.
