Description
Left-handed players know the drill: great gear is scarce, and great gear at this price is scarcer still. The Player Stratocaster LH closes that gap without watering down what makes a Strat a Strat. You still get that signature bell-like top end, punchy midrange, and low-end grit that’s defined Fender’s flagship model for decades — just built for the other hand from the ground up.
Three Player Series Alnico 5 single-coils drive the tone, dishing out crisp, articulate voicing with a slightly modern push compared to vintage-style pickups. The 5-way blade switch covers the full spread from bridge twang to warm neck tone, with the classic in-between quack sitting right where it should. An alder body wears a gloss polyester Tidepool finish, paired with a Modern “C”-shaped maple neck that’s comfortable across styles — fingerstyle, rhythm chording, or lead work.
Fender extended the fingerboard to 22 medium jumbo frets on a 9.5″ radius, giving you a bit more real estate up top for bends and reach. The updated 2-point synchronized tremolo trims friction at the post contact points, so you get smoother arm travel and better tuning stability after dive-bombs. Round out the spec sheet with a synthetic bone nut, dual-wing string tree, sealed tuning machines, and the 4-bolt “F”-stamped neck plate that’s been a Fender hallmark since the beginning.
