Description
This Deluxe Strat HSS is built for players who want vintage Fender character but need a little extra muscle on tap. The bridge position houses a Twin Head Vintage humbucking pickup, giving you thick, high-output tone with real sustain for leads and riffs, while the neck and middle positions carry Vintage Noiseless Strat pickups that deliver the glassy, articulate single-coil voice Stratocasters are known for, minus any 60-cycle hum. Flip the S-1 switch, tucked into the master volume knob, and the humbucker splits to its rear coil for an authentic single-coil tone when you want it.
The alder body wears a gloss polyester Candy Apple Red finish over a Stratocaster-shaped platform, joined to a satin-finished maple neck carved in a comfortable Modern “C” profile. The Pau Ferro fingerboard has a flatter 12″ radius than a vintage Strat, so notes bend further before fretting out, and it’s dressed with narrow tall frets and pearloid dot inlays across 22 positions. A contoured neck heel and 4-bolt asymmetrical neck plate make upper-fret access easier.
Hardware includes a two-point synchronized tremolo bridge with bent steel saddles for smooth whammy action and solid tuning return, backed by deluxe cast/sealed locking tuners that keep the strings in tune and simplify restringing. A synthetic bone nut, 3-ply mint green pickguard, and aged white knobs and switch tip round out the classic Fender look.
