Description
The Stratocaster needs no introduction, and the American Professional series proves why the design has stayed relevant since 1954. This isn’t a reboot or a tribute—it’s the same authentic blueprint, refined with modern playability in mind. Finished in a striking Antique Olive with a maple neck, this Strat carries the tone and feel that shaped decades of guitar music, from blues to rock to whatever comes next.
At the heart of the sound are three V-Mod single-coil pickups, designed by pickup specialist Tim Shaw. Rather than using identical coils across the board, each pickup is voiced for its specific position with a tailored blend of alnico magnets—so the neck, middle, and bridge each contribute their own character while keeping that unmistakable Fender sonic signature intact. A treble-bleed circuit means rolling back the volume knob won’t dull your top end, keeping tone consistent at any output level.
Playability gets equal attention. The new Deep C neck profile splits the difference between a Modern C and a U shape, giving your hand more to hold onto without feeling bulky—great for rhythm work and lead lines alike. Narrow-tall frets make string bends land accurately and keep chords intonated cleanly up and down the neck. A bone nut adds clarity and sustain, while the pop-in tremolo arm stays put during aggressive playing and can be tension-adjusted to taste.
