The American Original ’60s Jazzmaster brings back that original character in full, built to vintage spec but finished with playability that suits a modern working guitarist.

At the heart of the tone are Pure Vintage ’65 Jazzmaster single-coil pickups, wound with enamel-coated wire on fiber bobbins and wax-potted for stability, with alnico 5 magnets and flush pole pieces just like the ’60s originals. The lead and rhythm circuits switch via the classic slide switches, letting you dial in a mellow rhythm tone or the brighter lead voice with independent volume and tone. A vintage-style floating tremolo with lock button and push-in arm delivers that signature warble, and it’s paired with a lacquer-finished alder body that ages and resonates the way old-school Fenders do.
