Description
This XSCPRO-2 brings together premium tonewoods and thoughtful aging to feel like a well-loved guitar from day one. The alder body wears a Three Tone Burst finish with light relic work, giving it the worn-in charm of a decades-old instrument without the wait. Up top, a roasted flame maple neck pairs with an Indian Rosewood fingerboard set to a comfortable 12-inch radius, finished in oil for a smooth, natural feel under the hand. The Modern C neck grip shifts subtly toward a D shape on the bass side and a C shape on the treble, offering a grip that adapts to how you actually play.
Jescar #6105 tall-narrow frets in silver nickel keep bending and vibrato effortless, while the pure bone nut supports clear sustain and tuning stability. Tonally, this build leans into vintage territory thanks to the Raw Vintage USA RV-60 aged humbucker, complete with cover, wired through a single volume and two tone controls via a CRL 5-way switch for a wide range of usable sounds. Nickel and chrome hardware, Fender-style strap buttons, and a parchment 3-ply pickguard round out the classic aesthetic, with headstock truss rod access for easy setup adjustments.
