Description
The Tagima TG-530 takes the timeless Strat blueprint and executes it with genuine care, part of the Woodstock Series that’s earned Tagima its reputation over 30+ years of guitar building. This is an entry-level instrument in name only—every detail reflects lessons learned from decades of craftsmanship, and each guitar gets a final inspection stateside before it ships out.
Underneath the black finish sits a solid basswood body, known for its balanced resonance and lighter weight, paired with a gloss-finished maple neck that feels fast and familiar under the hands. The maple fingerboard carries 22 frets with black dot inlays, and a 42mm nut width keeps the neck comfortable for a wide range of players.
Tone comes from three single coil pickups loaded with 50s-style ceramic magnets, wired through a 5-position switch, one volume knob, and two tone controls—giving you the full spread of classic Strat voicings from snappy bridge quack to warm neck tones. A vintage-style chrome tremolo bridge lets you dip into subtle pitch effects, while sealed chrome tuning machines keep things stable string after string.
Finishing touches include your choice of mint green or tortoise shell pickguard, adding a bit of visual personality to the black body.
