Description
Sterling’s Cutlass has earned a loyal following for its blend of classic offset styling and modern playability, and the CTSS30HS brings that formula to a 24″ short scale neck. The reduced scale length eases string tension and shortens the reach between frets, making it a great option for players with smaller hands or anyone chasing a slinkier feel without sacrificing tone.
The poplar body wears a Mint Green finish paired with a Parchment pickguard, topped off with an oversized 4+2 headstock that gives the whole instrument a bold, retro presence. Under the hood, an HS pickup pairing routes through a 5-way toggle selector, giving you access to a wide spread of tones from punchy humbucker growl to bright, chiming single-coil textures.
The hard maple neck features a 12″ fingerboard radius and 22 narrow frets with dot markers, bolted on with a secure 5-bolt pattern. A vintage-style Fulcrum tremolo bridge adds pitch expression and old-school character, while diecast tuning machines keep things stable during dive-bomb sessions or subtle vibrato work.
