Description
The Hellraiser C-1 FR takes Schecter’s aggressive C-1 shape and arms it with a Floyd Rose 1500 Series double-locking bridge and nut, so you can throw the whammy around without knocking the guitar out of tune. The Dragon Burst finish washes over a quilted maple top mounted on a mahogany body, with an arched top and abalone plus black/white/black multi-ply binding tracing the edges for a striking, high-contrast look.
Underneath, a 3-piece mahogany neck is set into the body with Schecter’s Ultra Access neck joint, carved into a Thin ‘C’ profile that measures roughly .787″ at the first fret and .866″ at the twelfth – fast and comfortable whether you’re chording or shredding. The rosewood fretboard carries a 14″ radius and 24 X-Jumbo frets across a 25.5″ scale, with abalone Gothic Cross inlays marking your position and a 1.625″ nut width at the Floyd Rose.
Loaded with a Schecter USA Brimstone-Six bridge pickup, this guitar is voiced for the kind of high-gain, low-tuned playing the Hellraiser series was built for, while the locking tremolo keeps pitch stable through aggressive bends and dives.
