Description

Built for southpaw players who need serious range, the Schecter Ernie C C-1 (Satin Black Reign) is a neck-thru mahogany machine designed around fast lead work and heavy rhythm alike. The 3-piece maple neck is stiffened with carbon fiber reinforcement rods, keeping the ultra-thin “C” profile stable even under aggressive bends and drop tunings, while the ebony board’s compound radius (12″-16″) lets chords ring clean up top and single-note runs flatten out near the nut.

Gothic cross inlays in grey pearloid and luminlay side dots with black circles give it a distinct look on a dim stage, and the arched mahogany top with hairline 1-ply binding rounds out the visual profile in Satin Black Reign with black nickel hardware throughout.

  • 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets, 25.5″ scale
  • Floyd Rose 1500 Series bridge and nut (1.625″ width) for locking tremolo performance
  • Grover tuners and a 2-way adjustable truss rod for setup precision
  • Active Schecter 81 (bridge) and 89 (neck) pickups in black chrome, run through volume, push-pull tone, and a 3-way switch
  • Onboard BT-002 battery compartment for the active electronics
  • Metal dome knobs with set screws, strung with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010-.046

Case sold separately (model 1620) for players who want a dedicated hard-shell home for this one.
