Description
The E-1 Custom Special Edition takes Schecter’s single-cutaway design and dresses it up with genuine appointments that matter to players, not just collectors. Under the quilted maple top sits a mahogany body paired with a 3-piece mahogany neck, set-neck construction with Ultra Access joint for cleaner upper-fret reach, all finished in a rich Vintage Sunburst.
The ebony fretboard carries 22 X-Jumbo frets across a 24.75″ scale, bound in cru00e8me multi-ply with mother of pearl block inlays marking the way. A compound 12″-16″ radius flattens out as you move up the neck, working with the Thin ‘C’ profile to keep chords comfortable and bends effortless. A Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut sits at the 1.653″ width, feeding into a 2-way adjustable truss rod.
Tone comes from the Schecter USA Pasadena in the neck and Schecter USA Sunset Strip in the bridge, wired to a volume knob, a push-pull tone knob for coil-splitting options, and a 3-way switch. Chrome hardware rounds things out: a TonePros T3BT Tune-o-matic with T1Z tailpiece, Schecter locking tuners for tuning stability, and Grip Tip speed knobs.
