Description
The Schecter C-7 Deluxe takes the familiar Deluxe formula and stretches it to seven strings, giving you the low-end reach modern riffing demands while keeping the playability Schecter’s bolt-on necks are known for. A basswood body with a flat top and beveled edge keeps things light and resonant, while the satin black finish gives it a matte, road-worthy look that won’t show every fingerprint.
The maple neck wears a Thin ‘C’ profile over a 26.5″ scale, so string tension stays firm for drop tunings without the neck feeling like a plank. A rosewood fretboard with 4mm dot inlays hosts 24 X-Jumbo frets across a 16″ radius, making bends and fast runs feel natural whether you’re up in the extended range or down on the low string. A graphite nut and 2-way adjustable truss rod round out the setup essentials.
Twin Schecter Diamond Plus pickups handle the tone duties, wired to a simple volume/tone/3-way switch layout that stays out of your way live and in the studio. The Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-thru-body construction adds sustain and stability, backed by Schecter tuners and chrome hardware throughout, including metal knurled knobs with set screws.
