Description
The C-6 FR Deluxe takes Schecter’s popular C-6 platform and adds a floating SGR by Floyd Rose bridge for players who need pitch-bending tricks without sacrificing tuning stability. A basswood body with a flat top and beveled edge keeps the guitar light and comfortable against the body, while the bolt-on maple neck delivers a snappy, articulate response.
Underneath your fingers is a Thin ‘C’ shaped neck topped with a rosewood fretboard, 24 narrow X-Jumbo frets, and a 14" radius that makes both chording and fast lead runs feel natural. The 25.5" scale and 1.625" nut width strike a familiar balance for players moving between vintage-style and shred-oriented instruments.
Tone comes from a matched pair of Schecter Diamond Plus pickups in the neck and bridge, wired to a straightforward volume/tone/3-way switch layout that lets you dial in cleans, crunch, or high-gain leads without overthinking it. Chrome hardware, Schecter tuners, and metal knurled knobs round out the build.
