Description
The JS32Q Dinky Arch Top proves you don’t need a huge budget to get real Jackson speed and tone. Built around a basswood body topped with a striking quilted maple cap finished in Transparent Black, it pairs classic Dinky styling with upgraded appointments usually reserved for pricier instruments.
The bolt-on maple speed neck is reinforced with graphite for stability and topped with a compound-radius (12″-16″) rosewood fingerboard — flatter up top for easy bending and soloing, rounder near the nut for comfortable chording. Pearloid sharkfin inlays mark the 24 jumbo frets, and white binding wraps both the fingerboard and the pointed 6-in-line headstock for a sharp, finished look.
Tone comes from a pair of Jackson high-output humbuckers with ceramic magnets, wired to a 3-way blade switch for bridge, combined, or neck voicings — enough output to push into aggressive rock and metal territory. A Jackson-branded Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo bridge lets you dive and pull without losing tuning, backed by black hardware and sealed die-cast tuners for a cohesive, blacked-out aesthetic.
