Description
The Telecaster has been the working guitarist’s tool of choice since the early ’50s, and the Standard model keeps that legacy alive with a few thoughtful modern touches. This one wears a classic Black polyester finish over a Telecaster-shaped body, paired with a maple neck carved into a Modern “C” profile that feels equally at home for chording and soloing.
Twenty-one medium jumbo frets sit under a 9.5″ radius fretboard with black dot inlays, and the neck itself is satin-finished on the back with a gloss front for fast, comfortable movement. A 1.650″ nut width and 25.5″ scale length keep the feel familiar to any Tele player, while the tinted neck and ’70s-style headstock logo nod to the guitar’s vintage roots.
Tonally, you get a pair of hotter Standard single-coil Tele pickups (bridge and neck) wired to a 3-position blade switch and simple master volume/tone controls — bridge alone, both together, or neck alone. Shielded body cavities help keep noise down, and the 6-saddle strings-through-body bridge adds sustain and that signature twang. Chrome hardware throughout includes cast/sealed tuning machines, a synthetic bone nut, and a barrel-style switch tip, finished off with parchment pickguard and knobs for a distinctly retro look.
- Standard 4-bolt neck plate construction
- Strung with Fender USA Super 250L strings (.009-.042)
