Description
The Standard Stratocaster HSS takes the familiar Fender blueprint and adds a bridge humbucker for extra bite, while keeping the single-coil sparkle Strats are known for in the middle and neck positions. Finished in Arctic White over an alder body, it wears ’70s-style headstock branding, a parchment pickguard, and matching parchment knobs and switch tip for a warm, vintage-leaning contrast against the bright finish.
The maple fretboard sits on a Modern “C”-shaped neck with a 25.5″ scale, 9.5″ radius, and 21 medium jumbo frets, giving players a fast, comfortable surface for chording and lead work alike. A synthetic bone nut and 4-bolt neck plate round out a neck built for tuning stability and long-term playability.
- HSS pickup layout: Standard Humbucking bridge, Standard Single-Coil middle and neck
- 5-position blade switching, including a coil-split option (front coil of bridge + middle pickup)
- Master Volume with two tone controls, one per neck and middle pickup
- 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo with a high-mass block for stable pitch and expressive dive/bend effects
- Chrome hardware, sealed cast tuning machines, and shielded body cavities to cut down on unwanted noise
- Strung with Fender USA Bullets (.009-.042) from the factory
Whether you’re chasing quacky in-between tones or want a fatter humbucker voice on tap without switching guitars, this HSS Standard Strat covers the range with classic Fender feel.
