Description
This Standard Stratocaster HSS keeps the DNA that made the Strat a household name while adding some extra output where you want it most. Swap out the usual bridge single-coil for a humbucker and you get a wider tonal range — from glassy, chimey cleans on the neck and middle pickups to a thicker, punchier growl when you kick over to the bridge for solos or heavier rhythm work.
The alder body wears a glossy Lake Placid Blue polyester finish and pairs with a Modern “C”-shaped neck that feels quick and comfortable whether you’re chording or running scales. A 9.5″ radius rosewood fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets keeps bends smooth and low action easy to dial in, and the synthetic bone nut helps with tuning stability. Shielded body cavities cut down on unwanted hum, so the electronics stay quiet even with that added humbucker in the mix.
Under the hood, the 5-position blade switch unlocks classic in-between Strat tones alongside the bridge humbucker setting, all controlled by master volume and two tone knobs. A 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo with a high-mass bridge block adds vibrato flair without sacrificing sustain, and parchment-colored pickguard, knobs, and switch tips give it a warm, vintage-leaning look against that blue finish.
