Description
Left-handed players know the drill: most guitars are designed for righties and flipped as an afterthought. Not this one. The Player Stratocaster Left-Handed is a proper mirror-image build, giving southpaws the same comfortable Modern “C” maple neck profile, 9.5″ fingerboard radius, and 22 medium jumbo frets that righty players get to enjoy.
Under the hood are three Player Series Alnico 5 Strat single-coil pickups, wired through a 5-way blade switch for the full range of Strat tones — glassy bridge bite, that quacky in-between position, warm neck rounds, and everything in between. The alder body wears a gloss polyester finish in Polar White, paired with a 3-ply parchment pickguard and matching control knobs for a classic look.
Fender updated the 2-point synchronized tremolo with bent steel saddles for smoother arm travel and better tuning stability, so dive bombs and subtle pitch bends stay in tune longer. A synthetic bone nut, dual-wing string tree, and sealed standard tuning machines round out the hardware, while the four-bolt neck plate stamped with the “F” logo confirms this is genuine Fender through and through.
