Description
The Deluxe Nashville Telecaster takes the classic two-pickup Tele formula and adds a third voice, borrowing a Vintage Noiseless™ Strat pickup for the middle position between two Vintage Noiseless™ Tele pickups. The result is a guitar that covers far more ground than a standard Tele: bright, cutting bridge tones, warm neck-pickup jazz-adjacent textures, and everything in between via the 5-way Strat-o-Tone switching.
This particular unit is a gently used store demo, so you’re getting the same tone and playability at a friendlier price – just expect minor cosmetic wear consistent with in-store handling.
Built around an alder body finished in gloss polyurethane and dressed in 2-Color Sunburst, it pairs with a maple neck carved in a Modern "C" profile and topped with a maple fingerboard. The 12" fingerboard radius flattens out compared to vintage specs, making bends and fast runs easier across all 22 narrow-tall frets. A 4-bolt asymmetrical neck plate and contoured heel open up access to the upper frets without the usual Tele hand cramp.
Under the hood, a 6-saddle string-through-body bridge with block saddles adds sustain and a touch more low-end heft to the signature twang, while deluxe locking tuners keep strings in place and speed up changes between sets.
