Description
This Fender Acoustic SFX is a demo unit in gently used condition, finished in warm walnut and ready to fill small rooms with rich, natural-sounding acoustic tone.
Built as a two-channel stereo combo, it puts out 160 watts total (2x80W) and pairs each channel with a combo 1/4″-XLR input, so it works equally well with acoustic-electric guitars or a vocal mic. The standout feature is Fender’s adjustable SFX technology, which shapes a wide, immersive stereo image instead of a flat, single-point sound source – useful for solo performers who want their acoustic tone to reach every corner of a venue without sounding harsh or boxy.
Onboard, you get a set of studio-quality effects built right into the amp:
- Hall reverb
- Echo
- Delay
- Chorus
- Vibratone
Dialing in timing is simple too – tap tempo lets you sync any effect with just two taps, so delay and echo settings lock in fast during a set.
Because it’s designed as a grab-and-go rig, the SFX stays light and portable enough for coffeehouse gigs, house concerts, or any small-venue setting where you need clean, present acoustic sound without hauling a full PA. It comes with a fitted cover, and if you want hands-free control over effects, an optional two-button footswitch lets you bypass effects per channel on the fly.
As a demo model, this unit has seen light handling but remains fully functional and ready to perform.
