The Schecter C-1 FR-S Silver Mountain is engineered for aggressive playing, and this package throws in a Coffin G185R hard case so it’s ready to travel the day it arrives. The mahogany body works with a 3-piece carbon-fiber-reinforced Thin-C mahogany neck to deliver deep low-end and long, controlled sustain—exactly what high-gain metal players demand. On top of that neck sits an ebony fretboard with a 14″ radius and 25.5″ scale, loaded with 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets for fast, effortless riffing across the entire range.
Hardware here isn’t an afterthought. A Hipshot High-Mass bridge and Schecter locking tuners keep tuning rock-solid under heavy bends and drop tunings, while a Graph Tech BlackTusq XL nut adds smooth, consistent string movement. A push-pull coil split gives you access to thinner, more articulate tones when you want to step outside pure metal territory.
Powering it all are Schecter USA’s new Sonic Seducer pickups—Ceramic-8 units built to hit hard without turning to mud, keeping note definition intact even at extreme output levels.
