Description
The Jackson JS24 DKAM takes the classic Dinky shape and dresses it up with an arched mahogany top and a caramelized maple speed neck. That neck is bolt-on construction with graphite reinforcement and a scarf joint, giving you stability under bends and less fatigue during long playing sessions. Finished in a sleek Black Stain with black hardware and Jackson’s pointed 6-in-line headstock, it looks every bit as aggressive as it plays.
Run your hand up the 12″-16″ compound radius fingerboard and you’ll notice how it flattens out as you climb toward the 24 jumbo frets, ideal for low action and fast lead work without fret-out. Black sharkfin inlays mark your position at a glance, and the 25.5″ scale keeps string tension tight and articulate.
Dual Jackson high-output humbuckers with ceramic magnets drive the tone here, switchable through a three-position blade selector, with simple single volume and tone controls so you’re never fumbling mid-riff. A 2-point fulcrum tremolo bridge lets you dig into dive bombs and subtle pitch effects while staying in tune, backed by Jackson’s sealed die-cast tuners.
