Description
The Telecaster earned its reputation as a working musician’s guitar back in the ’50s, and this Classic Vibe edition captures why. It’s straightforward, versatile, and built to be played hard without complaint. The Butterscotch Blonde finish over a pine body gives it that unmistakable vintage look, while the vintage-tint gloss maple neck adds a lived-in feel right out of the box.
What sets this particular Tele apart from its Vintage Blonde sibling is the pickup set: custom alnico 5 single-coils that lean warmer and clearer, with enough bite to cover country, blues, rock, and jazz without swapping guitars. The 3-position blade switch gets you bridge, both together, or neck, and simple master volume/tone controls keep things intuitive on stage or in the studio.
Under the hand, the Modern "C"-shaped neck feels quick and comfortable, helped along by a 9.5" fingerboard radius and 21 medium-jumbo frets. Black dot inlays and a synthetic bone nut round out the vintage-correct details, along with the gold Squier logo and knurled chrome dome control knobs.
