Description
This Standard Telecaster HH takes Fender’s original workhorse and arms it for heavier, more aggressive playing. Two Blacktop open-coil humbuckers, dressed in chrome/black bobbins under black bezels, deliver a hotter, fuller voice than a standard Tele while keeping that unmistakable twang lurking underneath. Flip the three-way switch between bridge, combined, and neck positions, or pull up on the Tone 2 knob to split the bridge humbucker’s coils and dial in classic single-coil bite on demand.
The alder body wears a gloss polyester finish in Olympic White, set off by a black pickguard for a look as bold as the tone. A maple neck in a modern “C” profile with satin urethane finish sits under your hand comfortably, especially if you play with your thumb wrapped around the back. The Pau Ferro fingerboard carries a 9.5″ radius and 21 medium jumbo frets, with white dot inlays marking the way, all riding on a 25.5″ scale and 1.650″ synthetic bone nut.
Hardware stays true to Tele tradition: a 6-saddle, string-through-body hardtail bridge in nickel/chrome, standard cast/sealed tuners, and a 4-bolt neck plate. It ships strung with Fender USA 250L NPS strings (.009–.042).
