Description
Long before Strats had modern conveniences, they had this: an alder body, a one-piece maple neck with a soft “V” carve, and three single-coil pickups wired for that unmistakable in-between quack. The ’50s Stratocaster brings all of it back, right down to the aged plastic parts and tinted neck finish that make it look like it’s been gigging since the Eisenhower administration.
The maple fingerboard has a vintage-correct 7.25″ radius and 21 vintage-style frets, so bends feel a little different than a modern flat board — more character, less shred. Three vintage-style single-coil Strat pickups with staggered Alnico pole pieces and aged covers feed a 5-way blade switch, giving you the full spread from punchy bridge twang to warm neck tone, plus those two quacky in-between positions. Master volume and two tone controls (neck and middle) keep shaping simple and hands-on.
A vintage-style synchronized tremolo and Fender/Ping vintage tuning machines round out the hardware, all finished in chrome. The single-ply white 8-hole pickguard, synthetic bone nut, and aged knobs and switch tip complete the period-correct look.
