Description
The C-7 Deluxe gives seven-string players a no-nonsense platform for heavy rhythm work and extended-range lead lines. A basswood body with a flat top and beveled edges keeps the tone open and the weight manageable, while the bolt-on maple neck carries a Thin ‘C’ profile that stays comfortable across a 26.5″ scale length – long enough to keep that low B string tight and in tune.
The rosewood fretboard is dressed with 24 X-Jumbo frets and a 16″ radius, so bends feel smooth from the first fret to the last, and simple 4mm dot inlays keep the look clean and functional. Schecter Diamond Plus pickups sit in both the bridge and neck positions, delivering plenty of output for riffing without losing definition on chords – controlled by a straightforward volume, tone, and 3-way switch layout.
Hardware is finished in chrome throughout, anchored by a Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-thru-body construction for extra sustain and tuning stability, paired with Schecter tuners and metal knurled knobs.
