Its maple body carries a mahogany 3-piece set-neck finished with a Thin ‘C’ profile, striking a balance between comfortable fast playing and substantial in-hand feel. Creme multi-ply binding wraps the arched top, while the gloss white finish paired with gold hardware gives the Corsair a sharp, stage-ready look.
The ebony fretboard carries a 14" radius across 22 medium frets, with pearl star inlays and Robin Zander’s initials marked at the 12th fret. A Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut and 2-way adjustable truss rod keep tuning stable and setup dialed in over time.
Tone comes from a matched set of Seymour Duncan Phat Cat SPH90-1 P90-style pickups in the neck and bridge, delivering that gritty, articulate single-coil snarl with less hum than a standard P90. Controls are kept simple with 2 Volume, 2 Tone, and a 3-way switch, so you can dial in blends quickly on the fly. The Bigsby Archtop B70 vibrato with roller Tune-o-Matic bridge lets you add pitch-bending shimmer and vibrato without sacrificing tuning stability, while Grover tuners up top keep things locked in.
