Description
The Schecter Hellraiser C-VI takes the classic Hellraiser aesthetic and stretches it into baritone territory, giving low-tuning players a stable, resonant platform to work with. Built in South Korea on a set-neck-with-Ultra-Access design, the guitar joins a mahogany body to a quilted maple top with an arched contour, then wraps the edges in abalone binding accented by black/white/black multi-ply trim. The Black Cherry finish lets that figured maple grain show through nicely.
Up the neck, you’ll find a 3-piece mahogany neck reinforced with carbon fiber rods for added stability under tension – important on a 30″ scale instrument. The rosewood fretboard carries 24 X-Jumbo frets under a 14″ radius, inlaid with Schecter’s signature abalone Gothic cross markers. The Thin ‘C’ neck shape keeps things comfortable in hand, measuring .787″ at the first fret and .866″ at the twelfth, with a 1.653″ nut width.
