Description
Mark Lettieri didn’t come to this design cold. Between years of session work, his solo catalog, and countless nights on stage with Snarky Puppy, he’d developed clear opinions about what a working guitarist actually needs. PRS listened, and the Fiore is the result — a guitar shaped directly by his preferences rather than a signature model bolted onto an existing platform.
The name means “flower” in Italian, but the design itself is all business. It’s a fresh take on the double-cutaway shape, built to move fast between styles without demanding you adapt to it. A swamp ash body forms the core of its voice, giving the instrument the kind of open resonance and long sustain that ash bodies are known for, while a bolt-on maple neck keeps the attack snappy and defined.
Topping that neck is a maple fingerboard finished smooth enough to disappear under your fingers, whether you’re running through fast legato lines, dense chord work, or the kind of hybrid picking Lettieri himself is known for. Paired with PRS’s electronics, the Fiore is tuned for versatility — equally comfortable driving a gritty solo or sitting clean in a mix.
