Description
The Electromatic CVT takes Gretsch’s classic double-cut silhouette and refines it for players who want retro looks without sacrificing modern comfort. Finished in a rich Havana Burst, this solid mahogany body wears beveled contours that tuck naturally against your body during long sessions, while the bolt-on mahogany neck carries a Performance “C” shape designed for fast, effortless playing across the fretboard.
Under the hood, Twin Six humbucking pickups deliver the kind of gut-punching output Gretsch is known for, but with enough balance and articulation to keep chords defined and single notes cutting through a mix. A Graph Tech NuBone nut and 24.6″ scale length work together with the wraparound bridge and adjustable saddles to keep intonation solid and sustain long, while a master volume control wired with a treble bleed circuit preserves high-end clarity even as you roll back the level.
Details matter here too – the bound laurel fingerboard is dressed with pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays, and knurled metal control knobs paired with nickel hardware round out the vintage-modern aesthetic.
