Description
The Damien-7 Multiscale (item 2476) takes Schecter’s Damien series into extended-range territory, pairing a 25.5″ to 27″ fanned-fret layout with a satin black finish that’s all business. The multiscale design lets the low B string hang onto proper tension for tight, articulate chugging, while the treble side stays comfortable enough for lead work — no awkward stretches, just a natural feel across the fretboard.
Under the hood, a maple neck reinforced with carbon fiber rods bolts to a mahogany body, delivering stability without adding unnecessary weight. The Thin C neck profile and 16″ radius rosewood fretboard make quick work of scales and chords alike, with 24 jumbo frets and grey pearloid bat inlays adding a bit of visual edge. A Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut and 2-way adjustable truss rod round out a neck built to hold up under heavy string tension.
Tone comes from a matched set of Schecter Diamond Heretic pickups, wired to volume, a push-pull tone control, and a 3-way switch for splitting up your sonic options. Anchoring the strings is a Hipshot 7-string multiscale fixed bridge, finished in black to match the hardware throughout.
