This is a chambered mahogany body topped with maple, which gives the guitar a deep, punchy low end and present mids while keeping the highs smooth rather than brittle. It’s an acoustic foundation that feels alive under your hands before you even plug in.
Plugged in, the Black Top Filter’Tron pickups take over. They’re voiced to work with the chambered body rather than fight it, pulling out a wide, transparent tone that stays articulate whether you’re playing clean or piling on gain. Full-bodied lows, clear mids, and a top end that sparkles without ever getting harsh — that’s the Jet signature, and it’s all here.
Dialing in your sound is straightforward thanks to individual pickup volume controls, a master tone, and a master volume with treble bleed circuit, so your tone stays consistent as you roll the volume down. The lower-set mahogany neck makes upper-fret access easy, and the 12-inch radius laurel fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets keeps playing comfortable across the board. A Bigsby B50 vibrato and Adjusto-Matic bridge round out the performance features.
