Description
The Jackson Monarkh SC Pro series is engineered for players who chase precision and punch in equal measure. At its core sits a mahogany body topped with an arched maple cap, joined to a one-piece maple set-neck reinforced with graphite rods for rock-solid sustain and stability during aggressive playing.
- 24.75″ scale length with a Speed Neck backshape for fast, low-effort playability
- 12″-16″ compound-radius fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets and pearloid ghostfin inlays, so chords near the nut feel comfortable while bends up top stay effortless
- Seymour Duncan Blackouts AHB-1 active humbuckers in neck and bridge, delivering a hot output with up to 14dB less noise for tight, high-gain distortion
- Jackson compensated, adjustable strings-through-body bridge for dialed-in intonation across the whole neck
- Jackson die-cast locking tuners for dependable tuning stability during heavy attack and bends
Visually, the Monarkh SC pairs black three-ply body binding and hardware with a contrasting white single-ply neck binding, set against a matching 3+3 AT-1 headstock finished in Snow White. Controls are kept simple: two volumes and a master tone, routed through a 3-position toggle switch. Dunlop dual-locking strap buttons and a black plastic nut round out the hardware, while NPS strings in .009-.042 gauge come installed from the factory.
Built as part of Jackson’s Pro series, this SC-shaped model reflects the brand’s commitment to real neck-through construction, hand-oiled necks, and compound-radius boards pioneered by Jackson itself—all wrapped in a guitar that’s as comfortable in the studio as it is under stage lights.
