The Kelly KEXM takes Jackson’s angular, metal-bred shape and builds it around true neck-through-body construction—a feature you’d normally find on far pricier instruments. A one-piece maple neck with graphite reinforcement and a scarf joint runs straight through lightweight basswood body wings, giving you added sustain and rock-solid stability whether you’re chugging through riffs or diving deep on the Floyd.
The 12″-16″ compound-radius maple fingerboard is a Jackson signature: rounder near the nut for comfortable chording, flattening out toward the heel so bends and shred runs stay effortless. 24 jumbo frets and black sharkfin inlays complete the fretboard, while a pair of Jackson high-output humbuckers deliver the aggressive, high-gain tone this body style was built for. Simple, no-nonsense controls—master volume, master tone, and a 3-way toggle—keep things straightforward on stage, and a Jackson-branded Floyd Rose licensed double-locking tremolo lets you dive bomb and pull up without losing tuning stability.
Visually, the Snow White gloss finish is set off by black hardware and 1-ply black binding along the body, neck, and Jackson’s pointed 6-in-line headstock—a sharp, high-contrast look that matches the guitar’s aggressive lines.
