Description
Squier’s Classic Vibe ’50s Stratocaster takes you back to the early days of Fender’s flagship design, pairing an alder body with a vintage-tinted gloss maple neck and matching maple fingerboard. The 9.5″ radius fretboard and Modern “C” neck shape strike a comfortable balance between old-school feel and modern playability, while 21 medium-jumbo frets and black dot inlays complete the throwback look.
Under the hood, a trio of custom alnico III single-coil pickups delivers the bright, glassy chime Strats are known for, with plenty of sustain when you dig in for crunchier tones. Custom staggered polepieces even out the string-to-string balance, and the familiar 5-position blade switch gives you access to all the classic in-between tones alongside the standard bridge, middle, and neck settings.
Vintage-style hardware rounds things out, including a synchronized tremolo bridge, vintage-style tuning machines, and a synthetic bone nut. Aged white knobs, pickup covers, and switch tip add a lived-in touch that suits the guitar’s retro vibe.
