Pickups that actually stay quiet
Fender’s Vintage Noiseless single-coils handle the neck and middle positions, delivering that classic chime and snap without the 60-cycle hum single coils are known for. The bridge spot gets a Twin Head Vintage humbucker instead, pushing out a hotter, rounder tone for riffs that need more push. An S-1 switch tucked into the volume control drops the humbucker down to just its rear coil, so you can chase true single-coil clarity from any pickup selection.
Hardware built for reliability
A 2-point synchronized tremolo with bent steel saddles keeps vintage-style feel while tracking pitch more consistently, and it’s paired with deluxe cast/sealed locking tuners for faster string changes and rock-solid tuning stability. An asymmetrical 4-bolt neck plate improves upper-fret access, while the 12″ radius maple fingerboard and Modern “C” neck profile make bends and fast runs feel effortless.
