Description
Left-handed players often get an afterthought instrument — the C-1 Classic LH is not that. Built in South Korea with a neck-thru-body design and Ultra Access joint, this guitar gives you unobstructed reach to all 24 X-Jumbo frets without the neck heel getting in your way, a real advantage when solos climb past the 12th fret.
The mahogany body is topped with quilted maple in an arched contour, finished in Antique and wrapped in natural binding. It’s a look that leans classic without being a copy of anything you’ve seen before. The multi-ply maple/walnut neck carries a Thin ‘C’ profile (.787″ at the 1st fret, .866″ at the 12th) over a rosewood fretboard inlaid with abalone Vine of Life artwork — detail work you feel as much as see.
Tonally, this C-1 pairs a Seymour Duncan JB SH-4B in the bridge with a Seymour Duncan Jazz SH-2N in the neck, controlled through volume, tone, and a 5-way MegaSwitch for a wide spread of pickup combinations. A TonePros T3BT Tune-o-matic bridge with string-thru-body construction anchors the strings for sustain and stability, while Grover tuners and a Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut keep tuning solid. Hardware is finished in satin gold throughout.
