The G6609TFM Players Edition Broadkaster Center Block wears the Broadkaster name for good reason — it’s built to push full-spectrum sound at real stage volume while staying comfortable to hold. A chambered spruce center block sits inside the laminated flame maple body, adding resonance and shaving weight off what would otherwise be a heavier semi-hollow. The tiger-flame top and matching headstock are finished in Dark Cherry Stain, with aged white binding on both body and neck tying the look together.
Power comes from a pair of U.S.-made Full’Tron pickups, voiced with the growl and mid push you need for overdriven playing, while still holding onto the chime and clarity Gretsch is known for. A 3-position toggle switches between bridge, both, and neck, with independent volume controls for each pickup plus master volume and tone.
